How to Cancel a Service

How to cancel a service.
- Select the Services tab in the top left hand corner, and in the dropdown select My Services
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- In the Actions section on the Left hand sidebar select "Request Cancelation"
- Give a brief description on your reason for canceling the service, and click the "Request Cancelation" button.
Done your service by default will cancel at the end of the billing period unless you select otherwise.
Important Note: if you want to "Undo the cancelation" you will need to create a ticket here before the service is canceled.
